I absolutely LOVE this place. Work outs are about 30 minutes in a station/rotation method. Staff are all extremely friendly. They help you with correct form and motivate you to get through the workouts. I go to one of the early morning sessions and there’s on average about 6 – 10 people there each day. I love that it’s not over crowded and you get some personalization(not sure how busy other times are). They also help with meal plans if you are interested in that. Memberships are pricey but to me it is worth it!

This place is the place to be. My wife started with their 21 day challenge, and basically enrolled me too. I love it. The trainers are great, very friendly, I felt immediately welcome. I also feel like I am not just a «member.» They are really interested in me and my continued enjoyment of the classes and personal progress. For guys and girls, their workouts are great, and for the time considered its the best workout!

I highly recommend Fbbc. I did the 6week jeans challenge. Lost 13.5lbs but really changed the shape of my body. They are 30min hit classes. You can do one, two whatever. They give you a diet plan, you turn in logs for accountability. I love that they correct your form and it is a very friendly environment. I plan on doing another challenge, it starts this week. You may think its pricey but honestly its worth it if YOUSTICKTOTHEPLAN. if you cheat you only cheat yourself. So dedicate the 6weeks to you and I promise you won’t be sorry!

Just started going here and I love it. I used to be a pretty serious athlete but have been out of the game for years so I was nervous to start working out again. This place has zero intimidation factor whatsoever. The trainers are friendly and relatable while also very helpful knowledgable and motivating. The participants in the boot camp classes are also super friendly and helpful. I get a great work out leaving sweaty and sore, a good sore. And the times are super accommodating to my busy schedule. Needless to say I am a big fan and look forward to getting my sweat on here everytime!

Chino Hills Fit Body changed my life. Before CHFBBC, I was on «this diet plan, that diet, starvation mode, binge exercise, etc.» then always would relapse. If I lost 10 – 15 pounds with those plans, I would gain 20 – 30 during the relapse. I was at my skinniest(NOT healthiest) 4 years ago at 108 pounds(I’m 5’5.5″ BTW), but was extremely malnourished and consumed energy pills/drinks daily to get by. My diet consisted of instant foods, energy drinks, and alcohol. Although, people have told me I looked great, I definitely did not FEEL great, nor was I healthy ATALL. I started having complications with my health and cut out all the fast, cheap, instant, unhealthy foods from my diet, but I also stopped going to the gym for about 2 – 3 years. Over that period of time, I gained 40+ pounds. I was so embarrassed that I stopped going out with friends and just stayed home, using what ever excuse I could to avoid being seen. Last June(2013) I purchased a deal for Chino Hills Fit Body Boot Camp, but waited until the last minute to make an appointment and start the program. I officially started my trial session in late August 2013. In the beginning, I lost 10 – 12 pounds but would fluctuate back and forth depending on my attendance and because I wasn’t watching what I ate and how I ate. Although I cut out fast food, I was still eating heavily, so I joined Cara in her 6-week program, which really opened my eyes to making healthy food substitutions yet maintaining great taste. Healthy eating coupled with regular exercise(3−4x week) was really what changed my physique and emotional well-being. I have more energy, I am stronger than I was ever before, and I am in the best shape I have ever been in my life. NOT the frail, skinny, anorexic look, but truly something I am proud of. And I’m not stopping here! I plan to continue living a healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly to maintain and tone what I have worked so hard for. But honestly, I could not have done it without the support from my fellow fit body peeps and the motivation and encouragement from all the wonderful trainers at CHFBBC. My friends and family ask me why I drive so far just to «gym» and that I could go to any other«gym» and get the same results, but I beg to disagree. The atmosphere, the workouts, the awesome programs that Cara and John have to offer, are all reasons but especially the wonderful people I’ve met and share progress with is why I am willing to make the 40 minute drive to the«gym.» Currently, I am 125 – 130 pounds(down 15 – 20 solid pounds since last August), I’m down 9% body fat from when I had my physical exam this time last year, and still continuing to tone down and gain healthy lean muscle. I went from a size 8⁄10(30⁄31) pants to 2⁄4(26⁄27) in less than a year! That’s absolutely amazing! My friends and family all notice the difference and I feel like I am always surging with positive energy :) I am so happy I took that leap of faith and went to that first boot camp class.
