We have had the privilege to work continuously with All Star Livescan. They have provided our clients a professional service and complied with fingerprints in a timely manner. When there have been hiccups, the owner takes the time to resolve our issues and address our matters effectively and fast. We will continue doing business with them.

I recommend that no one ever go to this place. I went there to get Live Scanned on a Monday. I continually called the DOJ phone number to track the process of my prints because they were done for a teaching job and I wanted to make sure that I’d be able to get into the classroom before school started. On Friday, there was still no information on my fingerprints through the automated system. I called my employed and they asked me to contact All Star Fingerprints. I called them as soon as they opened and the girl that I spoke to looked me up on her computer. She told me that the system froze and my fingerprints were never submitted. 5 days went by and no one called me or my employer to let me know that my fingerprints were never submitted. Over the phone, she told me that she was resubmitting the prints. I asked if the ATI number would change and she said it would be the same one. I continued to call the DOJ and there was still no information available. I called All Star back asking them to make sure that my prints were submitted and she informed me that they were and my ATI did in fact change. Once again, no one was planning on calling me or my employer. Now, it is Monday of the following week. I spoke to someone in DOJ and they informed me that nothing has been submitted for me. It is also the first day of school. My students now have a substitute in the classroom that is trying to teach a brand new set of kids. It’s almost noon and All Star still hasn’t called me or my employer to let me know that my fingerprints were not submitted. I am going to a different place to get my prints done and will be returning to All Star to submit a full refund. Not only are my students suffering because there isn’t a stable teacher in the room, but I am loosing on pay every single day that passes. I have a family to support and children to feed. I’d like to run a good classroom where students are learning every single day and that can’t be done when I can’t even be in the room. This place is horrible and lacks professionalism. The least they could do is have the descent to call me and ask me to go back in to get reprinted. If I hadn’t been on top of everything, who knows if they’d ever notify me that my fingerprints didn’t go through. I’m giving them one star because that’s the minimum, otherwise they wouldn’t get anything.

Didn’t realize, but the notary service is ‘mobile’. Person asked if I wanted the notary person called. I said no because I didn’t want to wait around. I don’t want to «1» star the place because Unilocal didn’t say it was a mobile service.

the service was fast and friendly,(of course i was the only person there) the inside was clean and nice. the fingerprints take 3 – 5 days to go thru
