I was a serious indoor cyclist when living in Orange County and a member of a high end gym. When looking for a place to indoor cycle in the inland empire I had high expectations and did not what to cycle in the typical big, stinky, germ infested, money grubbing fitness club/gym. I have finally found the right place to cycle at Turn n Burn in Chino Hills. The classes are fun, friendly and an awesome workout. Also, the prices are reasonable and the place is very clean. In general, indoor cycling is one of the most effective exercises for burning calories and toning and trimming the lower body. According to the American Council on Exercise, it offers a no-impact aerobic session that burns mega calories(about 450 calories in 45 minutes) and tones your butt and thighs like a sculpt workout. Love the place and the workout!

I’ve been a member of TNB4 months now. I absoluteley love it!!! I look forward to working out. The staff, members make it worth the time and effort. I take Zumba and indoor cycling twice a week. Sometimes I switch up and take the bootcamp. I love the variety and convient classes. I wish they could offer more classes, but for the space they have I’m happy. Keep up the good work TNB staff!

Ditas Esparza, one of the Zumba instructors here, is a former teacher colleague of mine. I’ve been trying to fit her classes into my work schedule since she re-invented herself as a certified Zumba instructor. Ditas is a «force of nature» and does a wonderful Zumba class. ‘That’s how I discovered Turn ‘N Burn. It’s a lovely studio and the website is outstanding. I highly recommend Ditas’ Zumba classes(usually Mondays at 5:30pm) and this studio, Turn ‘N Burn in general.

I have been going to Turn N Burn for a little over a year now and it is the best studio! It is family owned so it is a very friendly and helpful studio. The classes are small and fun. Probably my favorite thing about this studio is all of the supportive and energetic instructors. You go to a few classes and they become your friends! Also, the prices are excellent. I have refused to go to a gym for years based on the cost, but I am willing to go to TNB! I would recommend this place to anyone!

If it wasn’t for the groupon, I would have never known about this place. I was looking for a good place to do Zumba that fits my schedule. I live in Corona but work in Brea from 8 to 4:30. By the time i get home, its normally 5:30−6pm. Turn N Burn has Zumba that fits my schedule where I can come home from work, spend a little time w/my family then do Zumba for an hour and come back home. Depending on the day, Zumba is offered at either 5:30pm, 6:30pm or 7:30pm on weekdays. Because of where I live and work also, sometimes I can just go to Turn N Burn straight from work. Hot Hula is another one of my favorites. Best thing about this place, no gyms you need to walk through or have people watching you, small group workouts, intimate, friendly and fun instructors and affordable!

When it’s cold the natural thing to do is to go inside. As a cyclist, sometimes I just don’t want to ride in the cold. Especially if it’s wet and your bike gets all grimy. For me, I can’t stand stationary bikes at the gym and strapping my bike onto a trainer isn’t any better. i don’t even consider the treadmill. EVER. Fortunately for me there’s Turn N Burn. Spin classes are the next best workout for me as opposed to ACTUALLY being on my bike. The bikes in the studio are pretty awesome. Bring your cycling shoes! Their bikes accommodate Look and SPD style cleats so you can clip in and«be one» with the bike and pedal more efficiently. Just for kicks I brought my heart rate monitor and I burned about 851 calories in one session. You start out with a good warm up, followed by some intense intervals. These consist of fast spinning to climbing out of the saddle as if you ascending Glendora Mountain road. Bring a towel and 1 or 2 water bottles and your set!

A great place to workout! If you are tired of sweaty, dirty gyms, filled with people, then this studio is for you! Clean, well maintained and the instructors are top notch!

GREATPLACE! I’ve been taking indoor cycling classes here for about 2 months. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Because the classes are kept small, each participant receives individual coaching. Phil works me much harder than I would ever work myself(in a good way.) I am positively sweating during the workouts!

I took the evening spin class and it was REALLY a work out. The music is good, the instructor is good and you will definitely have a good sweat. Just remember to bring a towel and a drink. and if your into cycling remember to bring your cycling shoes so you can clip into the pedals on the machine. 5 stars for suuure
