I was excited to walk in here and see what they had even though I was looking for a specific item. Nobody greeted me. Three ladies were running around behind the counter and in what looked like a craft room. None of them acknowledged me and when I finally asked one for help she gave me a dirty look and was very short and dismissive in her response. This continued for the very short and very rude six sentence conversation we had. This is the type of attitude I would expect from a younger adult/teenager, not a woman who was clearly passed 50. I love supporting small, local businesses. Unfortunately, this will not be one of them.

I have read mixed reviews about this place… so, just wanted to say that i have been renting my mailbox(yes!) with them for the last two months. For what it is worth, I have found the staff to be very helpful and jovial every time i come in to check my mail. They even call me when i have a package delivered that is too big to fit in my box. I can only expect that from somebody that cares for their customers.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews for this place. I have paid my bills, done my dry cleaning and purchased scrap booking supplies here for years. The girls are always super friendly. The staff is knowledgeable when I ask for advice on my projects and they offer tons of great classes. It has been family owned since it opened and I like supporting a small local business. I have seen some bad reviews regarding the bill pay side of the business. People seem to think they are making $ from this side of the business. In the past I worked for a shop that handled bill pay and I can tell you, the shop owners make pennies a day accepting bill pay. Most shops do it as a service to their local community. I know they have tons of loyal customers who love this shop and I’m sorry more of them are not speaking up in defense of this friendly little neighborhood shop.

So It seems like my review isn’t here anymore. Weird. So ill review again bc this place is THAT bad. Customer service was not there from the younger girl. She acted like she didnt want to be there. Not friendly, maybe I interrupted her texting or instagramming time. I dropped off my bfs Burberry dress shirt. I picked it up and left it in the closet. Took it out again a month later to find all the buttons have come off! Wth?! Now i have to check for buttons whenever I go to the dry cleaners but I will never ever ever come back here.

I don’t know why this place has all these bad reviews. I went in here to get some scrapbooking stuff for my daughters cheerleading. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful. She helped me with everything that I needed, I will always go back here if I need anything for scrapbooking.

Horrific Services! This place contracted with the utility companies to accept utility monthly payments. I went to this place because it is close to my home. I rather go farther away to pay my bills to get away from the abuse, hostility, and bullying conduct of the worker. Not only that I had to wait for the only one worker to finish her cleaning business, I also had to listen to her verbal intimidation telling me that she was doing me a favor to accept my utility payments. I can much assure that the utility companies pay a fee to this outfit to accept payments from the utility company customers. They would not do it free for anything. The real favor that this place should do is to cut off the contract with the utility companies so that we do not want to know this hostile business exists. I agreed with the previous reviews; this place sucks! Don’t go there. Strongly NOT recommend!

This place is advertised as a «Authorized Fedex Ship Center» but unless you ship through them, they will not give you a receipt for your dropoff, so you have no proof of shipment. I would not leave my package with them, as I could not prove when it was shipped. Seems like they just want to be shippers, not a fedex drop off location and are trying to discourage those of us with Fedex accounts from using that location. :(

WORSTDRYCLEANINGEXPERIENCEEVER! I came here wanting to try this place because it was closer to my house. I dropped off about 6 shirts, 2 pants and a blazer. I came back 3 days later to pick up my clothes and they were charging me over $ 50!!! I told the clerk they are way to overpriced and she just shrugged it off and said«Well that’s the price» I said you should accommodate your customers with better pricing especially when your competitors are extremely less. She said NOTHING! Talk about extremely bad customer service, pricing and not to mention they have 5 business in the same shop which is really confusing! Clean up your act if you really want to have customers!

I don’t like writing a bad review however this place is just odd! First off, it’s a Scrapbooking Store Dry Cleaners Western Union Bill Payment & Business Services Shipping Services Gift Shop It’s all of this rolled into one. For anyone who comes here and isn’t aware of that, it can be confusing. I didn’t know this and the girl behind the counter was extremely rude! Not to mention all their items are overpriced. I will not be coming back here as it was a complete waste of my time!

Very friendly store. Willing to help with any questions and get items if they don’t have already in stock. Wide variety of papers to choose from and willing to show you how to use anything. All you have to do is ask and they have been able to order items for me. I leave ready to create and full of ideas for my scrapbooks. I also enjoy the various classes offered and have learned lots of new techniques.

This place is terrible. Simply terrible. Please save yourself from ever coming here. I’ve never written a review before, but use Unilocal quite often when shopping around for opinions. I felt as if I HAD to write a review about this place because of how bad they screwed me over. Listen to the below reviews as they are 150% accurate of what this place is like. I took a chance on coming here because someone I trusted took their stuff there and felt comfortable doing the same. My 450 $ handbag is ruined when they explained to me it would come back looking beautiful and new. I’m sick to my stomach about how they charged me 70 $ to do so and it took them 6 weeks to give me my handbag back. Disgusted that they run such a terrible business. I dispise being lied to and they did exactly that. Shame on them.

This is a horrible operation. NEVER bring your dry-cleaning here, unless you want your clothes to be sold without your permission. I left my dry-cleaning here, and came back to find that it was gone. No phone call, no apology. Just horrible service and terrible attitudes.

In Summary… Clearly this is an operation that CAPITALIZES on the convenience of its location– next door to a major grocery store, across the street from a park and near a busy intersection. The store is a STRANGE catch-all… art supplies, cards and novelties, dry cleaners… they should probably focus on trying to get one right and go from there. I needed some dry cleaning done and when I found out one dress would cost $ 15 to dry clean, I packed up my 20+ pieces, but did need a suit taken care of ASAP… they needed almost a FULLWEEK to complete the order: jacket, pants and tie dry cleaned, as well as a seam touched up– $ 32… definitely OVERPRICED To top it off… if you call you don’t know if you’ve reached a day care center, someones home or if there are just a lot of noisy babies present AND for what appears to be a family run operation you get ill mannered teens who offer NOCUSTOMERSERVICE– greeting at the door… good luck greeting once someone finally reaches the counter… don’t hold your breathe a thank you or good bye or is this your order… HA a smile… man you’re pushing it Needless to say there are plenty of other actual businesses that are run like businesses that you can defer to… the ‘convenience’ is certainly far from worth it at this place
