WASTE OF MONEY. very disappointed. not satisfied. paid extra for blackhead removal and nothing happened, the girl only scarred my nose.

Love this place for the weight loss program. I go to the Rancho office the lady that helps me out Modesta is very nice and super easy going and they are very fast!!! I am super happy I was able to find this!

What happened in just a few short months? I made an appointment two weeks ago for today 4÷29÷2015 with Kelly Choi for 10 am. I was surprised that Kelly would be there on a Wednesday and said so. No response from the person on the other end. I called a few days ago regarding Arnica Montana and asked about the correct amount to take prior and after my procedure. The receptionist had no idea and put me on hold… several times someone would pick up only to say that they had no idea and referred me back to the receptionist that was still looking. After thirty minutes I hung up and with a little help from the internet I found what I was looking for.
This morning I arrived at the Chino Hills office only to find the door locked. After waiting ten minutes I called the office and the call was picked up by the Rancho Cucamonga office telling me that Kelly Choi no longer worked for them and that the Chino Hills office is closed on Wednesday. They continued, saying that my appointment is with Rhonda (?) in Rancho Cucamonga.
Wow, what a way to run a business. A lady that worked on the same floor passed me twice and said that I wasn’t the first person to find a locked door. Lovely. Needless to say, I did not keep my Rancho Cucamonga appointment, nor will I ever do business with these people again.

This place lacks work ethic in it’s entirety. Yesterday I called to schedule an appointment for today for Botox, the girl penciled me in for 5:00 at the Chino Hills location. I arrive at 4:50 and go to the office and the door is locked. I call the office and ask if I’m in the correct building because I have a 5:00 and the door is locked. The girl on the phone tells me that I’m not in the correct location because my appointment was set at the Rancho Cucamonga office. At this point I’m heated because I had read the previous comment where they screwed up the lady’s appointment and unfortunately now it’s happening to me. She says that she could reschedule me for Friday or for Tomorrow at 5:00, I mean, really what is the reason for making an appointment if you’re not going to honor it? I asked if I could be seen today seeing as they screwed the pooch and I shouldn’t have to be punished due to their incompetent staff, she said no, they close at 5:30. Bottom line, I managed to find another facility in Upland that is opened till 7:00 and they gladly squeezed me in. I was seen, treated and sent home. As the girl in the previous review said, AVOID YOURSELF THE EXCESS WRINKLES AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This place lacks any work ethic and is run by clowns. Unbelievable!

Made an appointment at their Chino Hills location only to find out when I got there that they booked me at Rancho office, didn’t even know they had a Rancho office but ok. They apologized for the mistake, I drove to Rancho had a Microderm which was great, bought a package of 3 because it was cheaper to go that route. Scheduled my next appointment at Chino Hills and asked them PLEASE schedule me at Chino Hills not Rancho because it’s close to my work, they said «you’re good to go in CH your next appointment!»
Now I’m in parking lot for my appointment only for the SAME thing to happen. They booked me in Rancho AGAIN. Called because no one is here and they said «we’ll have to reschedule you!» We don’t know who scheduled you there but no one is there!” These people have NO consideration for people’s work schedules, etc. that they think they can do this. I’m done with this place and I will ask for a refund.
FYI the Esthetician that all the great reviews are for Rebekah or Bekah is no longer working there.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Bought a deal off groupon and went in the the first time the doctor was very nice but they have cancelled my appointments three weeks in a row and the first time they did they didn’t leave a message so I still showed up and her excuse was «oh well I called early at like 10 am» so shouldn’t you still leave a message? And the next times they call the day of like 2 hours before I’m supposed to go in, I was very excited to start the weight loss program but will be taking my business else where.

I love, love, love the Dermasweep treatment! I’ve had two so far and my skin feels vibrant and refreshed. Rebekah (aesthetician) was so personable and professional. I’m looking forward to going back.

So in love with my lips. I was very nervous at first since it was my first time getting fillers. Kelly was great made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The procedure was completely painless. I had some swelling as expected but no bruising. I highly recommend getting this procedure I am completely happy with my results.

I went in for a Dermasweep (microdermabrasion) for my skin and it’s been a couple weeks and I have to say my skin has a definite glow and softer appearance! The esthetician Bekah was very comforting and knowledgeable and will most certainly go back for more treatments!
I wanted to add Bekah also did a RF thermology skin tightening treatment on my neck and face! This is worth it people! I had some sagging on my neck and it is all gone. I will be going back for this again, when ever it will be needed… Thank you Thinspired! I can’t say enough about my experience, beyond happy!

My skin had been looking drab and dull and I felt like I needed a little boost of some sort. I went in to see Rebekah and decided to get dermasweep with an infusion. I am beyond pleased with the results and already purchased a second dermasweep for the future. This is definitely going to become a regular thing for me. My face is glowing and I feel great! Rebekah made me feel comfortable and recommended a few products when I asked about them. I purchased and absolutely love the cleanser and will be purchasing the serum next. This is exactly what I needed. Katrina, who works the front desk was knowledgeable about all the products and services offered and is just as sweet as can be. I can’t wait to go back and I’ll be bringing my mom too!

I am a regular customer. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the results I always get. Rebekah, the aesthetician is very knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know you and your goals for treatments. I regularly get dermasweep and products they carry there. My skin feels refreshed and is always glowing when done. I also recommend checking out their other services: weight loss programs, Botox and other fillers, etc. They really take care of all my needs here.

So far I’ve had the derma-​sweep and an enzyme mask and I can not say enough good things about both of these treatments. My skin has never looked or felt better. My makeup goes on smoother and I’ve had several compliments. My husband even noticed a difference! The aesthetician Rebekah is fabulous! Already have another appointment with her. The office is very clean and relaxing. Well worth your time and money!

I’m not always able to take care of myself like I should. Everytime I am able to get in to see Rebekah, she spoils me! The dermasweep is the best deal and so amazing. love her!!!

Found this place through living social. The location is very nice and easy to find. The receptionist was comforting and knowledgeable on the phone to when I arrived. The Lead aesthetician was fabulous, she took care of me, answered all my questions I didn’t have to ask, she knew what to do to improve my skin. My skin means everything to me. I’m excited to see the future results and also try the other treatments they offer there.

Went in for an RF TREATMENT and Dermasweep. I thought that I wouldn’t be able to do dermasweep because I have rosacea but they customize the treatment for your exact skin type and needs. Had an epi infusion to help with acne scarring as well. I believe they do a package deal for or six treatments. This was my first. The RF treatment gave immediate results for a cystic acne episode I was having plus it made my face feel great and tighter. The office is in the rear of an office building so park in the back. The Esthetician is very welcoming and knowledgeable. the room is very cozy and relaxing. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to going in for another treatment soon.
