Great food and great customer service. Best part is you can order online and avoid crowds, which is my favorite thing to do.

I mistakenly ordered only 1 combo instead of 3. I went to upgrade and pay for it to get the 2 remaining drinks. Manager took care of the two additional drinks at no charge. I insisted to pay but he insisted it was ok. Thank you!

Stopped in a couple of days ago for some take out. Ordered the Chow Mien, Fried Rice & Won Ton Soup. Probably the worst Chinese I have ever eaten. I have made far better in my own kitchen. Both the Chow Mien & Fried Rice were drenched and tasted like the only other ingredient was soy sauce. The Won Ton Soup had very little taste and ingredients as well. I think this establishment is probably going to face the same fate as the recent Denny’s closure. Very disappointed!

Pick up Stix has amazing food no matter which location I’ve ever been to. The house special chicken is great! I usually call ahead and my order is always ready when it’s supposed to be.

If you’ve never been to a Pick Up Stix before, here’s what you’re getting: Start with a mental image of Panda Express. Add some waiting time to that, cuz the food isn’t made until the order is put through. Add some flavor and freshness to it, cuz it definite tastes more like real food and less like fast food than panda does. It has less variety of chicken fried in different ways, but more varieties of noodle dishes. That’s pretty much Pick Up Stix. For us, this one took forever to get our food out, and we were getting hangrier by the minute. Apparently a huge order had come in or something? The staff was overwhelmed. However, when our food did come out, the manager had the thoughtfulness to apologize and give us a coupon for a free entrée on our next visit. We hadn’t complained or anything, but it was a nice gesture to show that customer service is important to them.

I do not know why they food taste are same even if I order different foods. The chef put too much soy sauce. I am just wondering if the chef know how to cook Chinese foods.

The food here is what you’d expect from any Pick Up Stix, and the service was great. I carried out, but the inside looked clean and organized. My order was accurate and was ready when I arrived to pick up. If you’ve had the food here, you probably know anything of the«house» variety using the«house» sauce is pretty salty. If you don’t have any problems with consuming large amounts of sodium, you should be OK.

Pick up stix is my favorite fast food Chinese spot. They make the food fresh when ordered and are one of the few places that make kung pao chicken to my liking. I highly recommend it.

Love pick up six but my food is WAY over cooked to the point that it’s hard. The one in Anaheim Hills is better. The service here is good though. Disappointed

Maybe it was because they were understaffed and lots of customers were pouring in, but I don’t remember the food being so salty and heavy on the sauce. For self proclaiming themselves as being fresh, the food was difficult to finish. Chicken was more fried batter than meat and the eggroll wa overcooked and oily. We ate half lf it before throwing the rest away.

Ok, so I read the reviews and was concerned whether or not I should go in(due to the large amount of bad reviews I read), but was starving and it was within walking distance of where I work so I decided why not. I thought healthy Chinese food sounded like a great idea and the bad reviews were probably only from customers who expected to receive rich indulgent Chinese food, but I was wrong. I ordered the lunch special with noodles, a spring roll, sweet chili shrimp, and a drink for 10 dollars and change. Above average price for a lunch combo but hey it was Chinese food. Waited about 10 minutes to receive my to go order and when the woman handed me the bag the container of food was about to spill over because she just set the lid on top, didn’t even bother to snap it shut. Oh well, it was an accident. Grabbed some chop sticks and hot mustard and I was on my way. As I opened the lunch combo it looked like a bunch of mushy food, tiny shrimp, and it was all flooded in a very watery sauce. The noodles were bland and way over cooked, the shrimp had no flavor, and the spring roll was mush because of the large amount of sauce all over my food. What I expected to be spicy(sweet chili shrimp) was watery and almost flavorless. Sigh. The best part of my meal was the tea from the soda machine. Definitely will not go back, but hey, I gave it a try despite some bad reviews and I’ll have to admit I definitely agree with all the negative reviews. My favorite Chinese seafood restaurant in diamond bar is still my number one for healthy Chinese food :)

It was my first time trying Pick Up Stix and the cashier here wasn’t helpful at all. We were looking at the menu and were confused on what to order. We weren’t sure if it came family style or how to substitute anything. She just stared at us and looked very impatient. We ended up changing a lot of things, because we had to double check with her to see what we were actually ordering. We ordered their broccoli beef, chow mein and orange chicken. The chow mein was horrible. It barely had any vegetables and tasted super bland. There was just no taste to it. You should probably take it home and add your own vegetables. The broccoli beef was actually pretty good. Possibly better than Panda? The chicken was only decent. There are a few things they could do to make it better.

Normally good service here, very convenient to have a Pick Up Stix in the neighborhood. I have been coming here since they opened their doors but lately upon placing my to go orders and arriving to pick up our I still have to wait. On one occasion several weeks ago I placed a simple order and gave them 25 minutes, when I arrived to pick up they had not even started to prepare yet. I informed them I was not happy, that this was not the first time this has happened lately, the service has really sucked. I suggest you order 20 – 30 minutes prior to wanting to pick up your order other wise sit and wait. I even called the Manager(Carlos) the following day and voiced my concerns, I was told I would be receiving some type of gift card/coupons in the mail but never received, I’m not surprised. Note: Revised on 06/15/2016 due to recent bad service on 05/26/2016…Manager here did not follow through as promised

My daughter is the one who likes eating at Pick Up Stix. It’s just okay to me, but I have to give this place 5 stars for customer service. The manager, Leticia, is fast and has excellent customer service. I live between two Pick Up Stix, but will only come to this location from now on. It does get busy, but that means that your food hasn’t been sitting under a heat lamp.

Long wait times. Always mistakes with the order. Crew is never competent. When the place is empty it still takes 30 min to get your order. Place is filthy and never up kept nor cleaned. Dust and dirt everywhere and workers do nothing about when they have enough time. Trash everywhere. New management needed. This place was once great…

This place is growing on me… Right now, my fave thing to order is the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken(add tofu)! It has just the right amount of flavor, curry is not overpowering and for a fast food joint, I give it an A. I signed up for their loyalty program and they text you some pretty decent deals(e.g., buy one entrée get one free). It would be even better if I remember to use it! Pick up Stix, I think I might be back in like with you…

Contrary to most of the reviews, I think Pick Up Stix is relatively A OK. Granted the food is a little on the greasy side, but hey it’s chinese-ish food. I totally expect that. And they are a little heavy handed iwth the sauce on most dishes. I generally order a kids meal, yes cause it surely is enough to feed an adult. I usually get the house special chicken(or tofu) and brown rice for under 5 bucks. My kid likes their fried noodles, although then again, what kid wouldn’t like fried noodles? I’ve never had a horrible or stellar experience. I walk out full with leftovers for the next day.

Got a call from my wife who begged me to pick up an order of the Combo Fried Rice and deliver it to her work. I know where my bread is buttered, so I complied immediately with her request. I arrived at high noon, and Pick Up Stix was fairly busy. While waiting in line, which didn’t take long at all, I noticed that the store was very clean and organized. The person who took my order and the person who handed the order to me were extremely friendly, which highlighted their excellent customer service skills! In regards to the Combo Fried Rice, I have to admit that I tried it just to make sure it was safe for my wife. It was hot and tasty. Solid 4 stars on this visit.

I only got the cream cheese wontons. Friendly service, the fauna is really nice, clean tables and floors. The wontons were crisp and the cream cheese melted in my mouth. They even give you vinegar on the side, so thoughtful! Good food, a little bit better than Panda Express. But if you really want Chinese food, this won’t be the place for you.

Guys. If you want«authentic Chinese food,» Unilocal it. I’m surprised at the amount of people who expect that and give mediocre reviews. Obviously if you wanted authentic, you wouldn’t be coming to Pick Up Stix. It’s about as authentic as Panda Express, but there’s something about Pick Up Stix that makes me feel like I’m eating a little healthier and their portions are ample. I think about three entrees worked perfectly for my(Asian) family of four and we really enjoyed it. There’s nothing incredibly special about Pick Up Stix in general, other than the fact that my dad really enjoys it. But the past few times I’ve been to this location, customer service was always spot on. During my last visit, it was nice and sunny out so we decided to sit outside — except it was locked. They quickly opened up the door for us, brought out all of our food, and then proceeded to check up on us twice. As we were finishing up, they brought out some white chocolate dipped fortune cookies for us to have as dessert. I thought they went above and beyond and warranted a Unilocal review. I remembered reading on their wall something about no MSG but I can’t find any claim on their website. Anyway, prices are adequate, they make the food for you on the spot(vs. sitting under heat lamps), and this location is always clean.
