We had a broken pool heater and had three different companies come out and look at replacing our heater. We went with H2O Pro Pool based on their price and a recommendation. They did not disappoint. Heath came out at did the initial estimate and provided the quote, we scheduled the work and the person came out on a Monday to do remove the old unit and install the new one — all of it was completed within the day. The next day(Saturday) Heath himself came-by to double-check the work and spray paint all the new piping. It has been 2 months since the work was completed and everything works fine. No leaks, no issues. His pricing was competitive and he took pride in his work.

Built a pool years ago and have tried to maintain it ourselves with VERY mixed results for years. About six months ago decided to go with these guys on monthly maintenance plan. Best $$ I ever spent! Prompt ontime weekly service. Now Every time I wanted to get in my pool or spa the water looks perfect… spend the cash and enjoy your pool!

Not impressed at all! My home warranty service sent me these guys for a problem with my heater. Heath came out and discovered that a rodent has chewed something inside the heater and also built a nest in there… causing the burner to not fire. This(of course) is not covered in the warranty since it is a pest. They took my 60.00 for the service call and that’s the last I heard from them. I’d like to get the problem fixed but I have called them 2 times and left messages but they won’t return my calls. I left one voice mail and the 2nd time I spoke to a girl that said she’d look into it and get back to me. It’s been almost a week and I went ahead and called the company that installed the heater instead. Guess I’ll take my business to them! Ultimately poor customer service and complete lack of communication forces me to say NO to H2O Pro!

So the business owner calls me after he sees my review on Unilocal.He doesn’t call to see how he can make it right, but to bitch and moan about my review. Who does that? I can make the review go away or update it if you’re willing to STEPUP make it right. I have legitimate gripes about my experience in doing business with this company over many years NOTJUSTONE experience. But deflecting and trying to somehow find fault in me is totally unacceptable. First thing they teach you about in business is the customer is always right even when they’re wrong. I’m not wrong, and this dude is totally disconnected from what the real problem is. Customer service is lost in this country. It’s been outsourced to someone in India where this guy should be running his pool service. Even further re-enforcing why you should find someone else to fix or clean your pool. I’m done. Call me again, and I’ll keep posting. Asshole…

H2O Pro was originally recommended to us as the regional Pentair warranty go-to guy by a trusted local pool contractor. Heath has been performing our service and repairs ever since, for approximately five years now. Heath is personable, he returns phone calls in a timely manner, his work is top-notch, and he communicates well, thoroughly explaining any recommendations he makes. He has serviced our Jandy and Pentair equipment, and recently upgraded our incandescent pool and spa lights with Pentair LEDs. I would unreservedly recommend H2O Pro to anyone who needs a solid and dependable pool/spa service company.

Heath at H2O pro is a great guy. He replaced two burned out lights in my pool. He showed up on time, with the correct parts, clean, and with a friendly smile. His charges were fair. I would definitely recommend him.
