Can you do this without even giving a star? I had my first experience with Sascha Camargo at our HOA meeting. She took control of our meeting telling us when we could talk and who can talk, who does she think she is she was hired by our Association. SHE NEEDS TO GO NOW! FIRE HER NOW

We have a large group of tenant’s living in the unit next to ours, and they play this loud EDM BS every night starting around 7pm into the early morning 2 – 4 am, banging on our walls, throwing beer cans into the street, leaving their thrash bins in the street, parking on the street blocking my car’s from getting out of the driveway, etc.
I’ve called the local LEO’s in our community multiple times and they keep directing us towards the HOA, and they don’t seem to be doing anything.
Every experience I have had with this office has not been a pleasant one, they keep telling me to email them proof of these situations and when I do, they don’t take any action themselves.

It’s there less than one star? These people could be considered the worst of management companies if you have a problem. The Association or Management company. Which is worst. Neither one takes any responsibility to get things done. I have waited 7 months to have a repair done that should have been done 7 months ago. If you just want
to give someone your association dues to someone they are ok. If there are any issues, don’t count on them. I would not buy another condo with this management company affiliation.

I agreed to Minnie. The «manager» Sasha, she has a horrible attitude. Being a home owner and paying monthly HOA fee to this company, I feel like I am dumping the money into water!!! Any question asked to Sasha was like it’s wasting her time to answer. And talking to her is like talking to a machine cause she keeps repeating redundant sentences and tried to avoid to do any extra work. If any community is thinking about using this company, I would highly suggest you NOT TO!!!

Where do I start? First of all, we had our annual budget reviewed by 2 independent management services — both agreed that we were being over charged by 2x for most services, and also that we were being charged for unnecessary items (ie a phone line when there is not one in the complex). Next, the staff at this agency is either useless or pretends to be. No one knows what they are talking about — and your answer will change (from the same person!) depending on when you call. They do not follow up on bids. They do not have good communication with the people who own the homes they manage. They lie and make excuses. The HOA meetings are run very poorly, and the owner of this company is a bully and will talk over you to get you to shut up. AVOID!!!
