Really can’t rate Dr. Chong in comparison to other doctors, as he performed the only surgery I have had since a c-​section 30 years ago. I was satisfied with his knowledge and skill. However, very unhappy with office atmosphere and procedures. Doing a separate review for Southern California Orthopedics.

had great follow up.

Dr. Chong recommended knee injections, submitted to insurance, got approval then wouldn’t do treatment he recommended cuz office doesn’t do «buy and bill» procedures. Total waste of time!!!

Thirty minutes to make an appointment. Gladys, the tele-​tubby on their end, apparently does not understand English well. After finally reaching a supervisor they were able to schedule an appointment.
Just based on the amount of stupidity shown by their staff I have to wonder how smart the doctor is. Any smart doctor would not hire incompetent staff.
