Aegis of Chino Hills – Senior Retirement Community

My grandmother lives here. It’s now called Oakmont Senior living. It is expensive but beautiful and has all of the amenities ie ballroom, pool, theater, beauty salon, billiard room. It is beautifully decorated. There have been a few manager changes over the past 10 years (some better than others) My grandmother is not particularly pleased but I’m not sure that would happen anywhere.

My Grandmother has lived here for the last two years since my grandfather past away. This place is awsome she loves it. The employes are great.

WOW. If you want terrible and unprofessional service, this is the place to go. It’s too bad since I wanted to house my grandma in this gorgeous residential facility.
I’ve always passed by here, and I’ve even received a tour. Even though the living conditions are decent, it’s the people and the caretakers that count. I would never wish for someone rude and condescending to take care of my family, and that is exactly how they are here. I spoke with a Mitzy Gray over the phone, and apparently she’s the management of this place!
Please do your family a favor and send them to Pacifica Senior Living. They have the best, clean living conditions and the atmosphere is serene. My grandma enjoys being at Pacifica.
