Fibber Magee’s Riverfront Inn

Awesome little place! We stayed during the lake lure Olympiad. We had a room with a giant jacuzzi tub that was perfect after a long run. They give you coffee for your room and have an adorable kitchen with snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot breakfast on Saturday morning. Super tasty! Rooms were clean and nicely kept. Only suggestion would be to wall mount theTV.

If you need to get away and relax this is the place. We stayed here for 2 nights and must admit that it was an amazing place. Can’t say enough about their generous hospitality and charming inn. We had the room #2 and the view of the river and Chimney Rock was beautiful. It was fun to have a glass of wine, sit out on the patio and watch folks playing mini golf! The Chimney Rock Village and the whole surrounding area is so pretty and friendly. The Village gets BUSY on the weekends, but staying here allows you to walk to the shops and restaurants. The village closes down about 6pm. Lake Lure is just down the street and lots to explore. The owners are so friendly, we felt like we were staying with family. Their attention to detail is wonderful and what a delicious homemade breakfast they would prepare every morning. We would return and very much recommend Fibber MaGee’s when in the area.
