I order from here once maybe twice a year. EVERYTIME they screw up our order. This time they charged us but forgot to include our sauces for the breadsticks. We live 15 min away so going back a second time was not an option. A reminder why we only order from here every 12 months.

Update: This Pizza Hut closed its original location and has relocated to a carry-out only facility. The place looks cleaner than before. I did notice that there seems to be more attention to the accuracy of orders. Each time I pick up now, they show me my pizza before I pay. I am not sure if that is a chain-wide effort now, or if it’s local.

The old Pizza Hut sit down restaurant has closed and been replaced by a Pizza Hut Express. I totally agree with the lousy service, no one answering the phone, lack of selection at the buffet. But thank heavens all that has changed. Now all they have to worry about is, pick up and delivery. Ordering online is what it always was, but now the pizza is ready on time. The building is new and clean, and the food is fresh and well cooked. The downsize was just what was needed.

Corporate pizza hut should close this store down(Chillicothe, IL) or fire everyone and start from scratch. This place is dirty, run poorly, and employees look like homeless people. This store has to be in the red. I have made my last trip there and by the looks of the parking lot — I am not alone.

I took my son and daughter here for the lunch buffet a couple of months ago. There were two supreme pizzas and that’s it. About fifteen minutes later, they brought out… Another supreme pizza. Save yourself the grief and go to Monical’s.

We had lunch at pizza hut on Sept 1,2011 we had the buffet it was full clean and it taste it great, also the service was very nice. The salad bar was also very good. I appreciated the friendly service. She even has taken the time to make a pic of us all, ty again. We have ordered with phone before and never had bad service either, fast delivery . I guess it depends who is working.

Terrible service. We called on our way to visit my mother in law to place an order and were put on hold forever so we hung up and ended up coming into the restaurant. The staff were so disorganized and all over the place! It’s amazing that they are even in business. While waiting in the restaurant, the staff just allowed the phone to ring and when they did answer, immediately put callers on hold and I have yet to hear someone take an order. Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t pizza places get a majority of their business from delivery orders? I would recommend going with a competing pizza vendor! Still waiting for our take out pizza and have been here now for 20 minutes.
