They are honest, and don’t try to pressure customers into extras. If you don’t know anything about cars, and esp if you’re a woman, that’s the most important thing. I just had an oil change done, but would trust them with more complex services/​repairs. I have a light that keeps coming on, and will return to Chillicothe’s Jiffy Lube even though I now live an hour away. The trust aspect is just that important to me when it comes to something like this.
