Tri-County Appliance

We use Tri-​County Appliance all the time when ordering replacement parts or having warranty work done. They are friendly, fast and prices are reasonable. Neal is extremely helpful when it comes to diagnosing appliance issues over the phone and Barbara is such a delight to deal with. I totally recommend Tri-​County Appliance!

Called to order a new washing drain hose for my wash machine. They told me the next day it would be in, in the early afternoon. I didn’t receive a phone call about the part coming in, so I called them. When I called they informed they never ordered the part. Needless to say I had laundry that needed to be done and no time to spent at a laundro-​mat and had planned on doing it at home once the machine was fixed. They pretty much screwed up my day by not ordering and getting the part to me when they said they would. Go anywhere else! Do not trust these people with your business!!! You will be sorely disappointed. I like to support local business, but I actually got it factory direct cheaper and the next day, so in this case, don’t go to this local business.

I hate having to pay to have someone come fix an appliance unless it is absolutely necessary. This place has reasonable prices, and the staff takes time to help review the repair procedure and give you a schematic if needed.
