Why do I keep coming back here? Because it’s 2 min from my house… why am I giving it one star? Because I literally wait in line in the drive through, no matter what time of day or how many cars are in line, for at least 30 minutes. Every time. I’m in line right now… What in gods name could be taking so long? I could’ve went to a sit down restaurant and waited less time for my food. This is the last time I swear! Go to the 20th st one they are way faster and more consistent!
Rant over… until I get the munchies again and cave.

Completely innapropriate customer and employee interactions. I’m pretty sure all the employees were intoxicated or something. I was so scared ordering my food.

Thank you Taco Bell for my crunch wrap supreme with NO meat, thank you for the grilled stuffed Chicken burrito with NO chicken, and thank you for the beef quesarito with NO beef… The only thing you got right was my cheese quesadilla…

This review isn’t directed at this particular location. I think the employees are great and the restaurant is nice. This review is regarding the disastrous breakfast menu. Has anyone tried it? Awful! The biscuit taco is 90% biscuit. (And it’s a bad tasting biscuit). About ¼ of a scrambled egg. A half of piece of bacon chopped up and a pinch of cheese. I couldn’t taste anything but the fake tasting biscuit. I’ve tried breakfast on 3 other occasions and was disappointed every time. The menu is confusing as well because it has everything listed together. I noticed a lot of items on the website weren’t on the menu but were available when asked. McDonald’s has this down a lot better and the food tastes better. Do yourself a favor and stick with taco and burritos. This breakfast is no bueno!

This location made it right for us after going to the other Taco Bell on 20th. We went to that location 3 times in one month and it was during their Happy Hour-​they were not serving the freezes we ordered do to the machine not working. Super frustrating!
I called the District Manager Debbie and she explained the Machine was in need of a new part. She apologized about the ordeal and comp’ed a meal for us at the East Ave location. Melissa is the main manager at this location and was very accommodating to us when we dined there on 5−18−14.
Food and service was good. First time I tried the Cantina Burrito & have to say it’s pretty good!
Patrons at both locations are not people we would like to dine with, but the cost and locations/​you can’t do anything about. Two young men were here when we were eating our meal with our children and fowl language /​rude behavior we had to endure. Other than that we were pleased with how Taco Bell and it’s Franchise Management made it right.

I ordered 2 bean burritos and asked for no plastic bag because I am trying to not use unnecessary plastic. The guy at the drive-​thru refused to give me the burritos unless he put them in a plastic bag first. His manager didn’t know why they had the policy. I took my money back and left. #lamepolicy

Live close by this Taco Bell. Hit it regularly for a drink or a quick meal on the run. They are VERY consistent and courteous. Food tastes good. Excellent bang for the buck. Not sure it’s doing much good for my insides, but that’s not why I go to Taco Bell.

This is my favorite Taco Bell in Chico, and the newest. Friendly service, large open dining area, clean for a fast food restaurant and of course cheap. The drive through however can be awkward when there’s a lot of people in line. If someone is ordering there really is only room for one more car behind them. Lots of space to park tho and in the summer quite a bit of shade to park under if you have a dog and want to run in and eat.
