Nothing about the staff here is friendly or welcoming! I’ve been to two clinic visits and had 2 epidural injections (simultaneously) under fluoroscopy.
I work front desk in a medical setting and can tell you the person that checked me in wasn’t warm or friendly, yet she was the most pleasant person I encountered! The girl that roomed me was cold and unfriendly, and the P.A. (K. Jack) was rude and demeaning and made me feel worthless and stupid! Both visits I have left in tears because of him! I never want to go back and would never recommend this place! Patients have a choice when accessing healthcare, and I’d rather drive to Sacramento and be treated like a human being than to give this office any more of my business!
I’m very disappointed!
