I was very impressed with the service and testing that I received. Dr. Chalmers phoned me back the same evening of my appointment to see if there were any questions that I had, that maybe I didn’t ask during my testing. Very professional. Didn’t try to talk me into purchasing anything and suggested that I wait to speak with my husband before making any decisions regarding how to better my hearing loss. And their office is beautiful, comfortable, warm and relaxing, which is not something that you normally see in a clinician’s office. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chalmers.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Nothing but a scam job, she couldn’t even give my dad a proper hearing test. She was so concerned about selling the hearing aids she ignored all of my dads questions. My advice? Skip it! go to a real doctor not a con-​artist!
