I’ve been in a few times when I upgraded tablets and needed my plan moved to another device. (Different sim sizes — I couldn’t just move the sim.) They were quick, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The waiting time here is a fraction of what it is at the main AT&T store on 20th.

Shoutout for Julin (sp?) who solved a problem that online chat couldn’t even understand. Didn’t seem like it should have been that hard to understand – I think we’re seeing some training issues here. But Julin stuck with it and found what was (I think) the best the system has to offer. Many thanks, I’ll be back.

I have to say that I was very disappointed in the quality of the merchandise.
I went in to buy a set of screen protectors for my iPhone, and I am very happy with that purchase and the salesman that helped me. While I was in there, I noticed some covers of my iPhone, and decided to buy one. I was a little concerned that the one I chose did not have the original packing, but I thought that this was a reputable store and there should be no problem.
When I got home, opened the box, I found that the cover was torn and that the screen protector was not in the box. I returned the item with no problems, but what troubles me is that someone at the store actually had to transfer this unit to this box, and there is no way they could not notice the condition of the item and the missing part.
I would not go back. I will stick with the regular AT&T store across town.
