The owners personally assisted with fixing a special occasion dress that had been altered in error at another spot. The end result was the saving of a lovely dress that I had just purchased and had yet to wear.
Their customer service was fantastic, they were patient and truly sincere about appreciating my patronage. Professionalism, genuine craftmanship, and care for your request/​event/​occasion is what you will find with this business.

My consultant was Tory and she was great. She helped me find what might work for me and was patient and very nice.
I have an unusual look I’m going for so I didn’t end up finding «the one», but they were great to me and I wish I could give them my business.

Since I missed out on leaving them feedback, I wanted to post something giving them credit for the good customer service they’ve given me. I bought something from them via an auction site for my wedding dress. Before buying the dress I called the store to get a sense of the people and check that it seemed a legit business. The person I spoke with was friendly, explained the process, and answered my questions. The price was great but I also felt comfortable knowing that I would have real people to deal with to ensure my dress arrives safely.
The people there are mostly family as it is a family business. I’ve called back a couple times to ask questions and request a swatch of my fabric. They’ve been great.
I received a call that my dress has arrive — six weeks earlier than they originally told me!!! Three days after I received the package, they’d realized they’d accidentally mailed me someone else’s. How often do two people order the EXACT same dress, same size, but different length just days apart?
They promptly corrected the problem but I was a little miffed at how they asked me to send back the extra scarf after I had been told I could keep. (Not that I had any specific plans for it.)
