Very Friendly Staff at this business… I understand it is under new ownership. Thank you for taking care of my mail and shipping…

I purposely went here to support local businesses & avoid corporations. & I ended up annoyed & disappointed. Should’ve gone with UPS or FedEx! I entered the empty store & met a seemingly nice older man who told me he was about to die from boredom as they never had any customers. I soon found out why. While sending my package, the man talked me into spending the extra dollar on 1^st class shipping to ensure delivery by Friday, possibly Saturday at the very latest (I sent it out on Thursday morning). Pretty reasonable. I paid the extra $ 1, figuring it would be well worth it to make sure it gets to my sister by her birthday. So I shipped my small padded envelope from Chico to the Bay Area FIRST CLASS MAIL 4 days ago & it still has not been delivered. When I called today to inquire on the status– I explained that I had lost my receipt with the tracking # & wanted to know where the package is, the man replied «no problem! what is the tracking #?»… I re-​explained & also expressed my frustration that the package had not been delivered by Saturday, as promised. He cut me off in the middle of my sentence & informed me there is NO GUARANTEE when shipping first class, it gets there when it gets there! The man then asked if I wanted to be put on hold or if I would prefer for him to call me back later in the day– I chose to hold. He put me «on hold» (aka: he put the phone down while I listened to him chatting with people about other deliveries). When he finally picked the phone back up, he told me «I did not take the time to look up the status of your delivery because I was talking to somebody, but I do have the tracking number so that you can go online & look it up yourself». I was so upset that I declined the tracking # altogether, I really couldn’t stand to be treated so insignificantly for one more second. Will NEVER use their services again & I would never recommend.

Went here to find a box that was not available anywhere else in chico… The lady was super nice and very experienced. She was fast and very careful with boxing my product. I will return to this place very soon. Clean on the onside and outside. Also she even gave me a discount. Super happy at this point thanks again… :-)
