I don’t normally write reviews. BUT I am completely disappointed, i took my laptop here to be cleaned/​virus removal, and they said it would take a week. Towards the end of the week, I called to check on it, and Brendon said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it except that it needed more ram. I said OK, just do it. Long story short, the ram didn’t ship as fast as it was suppose to, and since I had already paid for everything, there wasn’t much I could do. 3 weeks after dropping my laptop off I finally got the call to come get it, I was excited, thinking it would run like new. I get it home, its worse then it started. TOTALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
