I love living here at Acacia. These apartments are close to CSU Chico, they look great, they’re safe, the management is super nice, the maintenance is fast and friendly, the apartments themselves are attractive and have everything I need… I could go on. The people who live here are nice, I have never had noise issues. There are so many great things about living here. They are slightly pricey, but it is worth it for all that you get in return.

My family has been here three years now. The apartments and property are all very attractive and well maintained. Britt and Ken are friendly, helpful and efficient. In more than 20 years as a renter, I’ve never had a manager so hands-​on and responsible for keeping your living experience positive. Whenever I’ve ever had a problem she has been very quick to see to it that it is taken care of, and Ken is by far the friendliest and most efficient property maintenance person I’ve ever had.
Additionally, with a pool and weight room, bbq picnic area, plenty of grass for dogs to play in, etc. these apartments are really attractive for their price (which after three years, continues to be below market standard for the area).

Great location and amenities. Price is a little high, but still reasonable.
WARNING!!! They screw you on your deposit. I had some minor cleaning to be done and they somehow charged me so much that I not only didn’t get my deposit back, but I had to pay additional money or they threatened legal action. Real snake in the grass move.

Great location and service. Pretty close to csuc. Everyone in the front office are extremely helpful and so kind to me and my dogs. Ken is an awesome maintenance technician. Probably the nicest apartments in its location.

Best manager in town. Great customer service & a great sense of community! Plenty of parking, 2 BBQ areas, free WiFi, and great resident events in the Spring/​Summer.
