I visited for lunch on a slow Saturday. Go inside and seat yourself at the small wooden dining counter or one of the 15 or 16 tables. I chose the pastrami on a bulky. Added potato chips and a Coke. I liked the sandwich a lot. Service was quick… under 10 minutes. I got out of there for under $ 10 on a full stomach. The walls are decorated with photos of past customers.

Great example of local family restaurant. Great service very good food. simple food. Heidi is good at keeping my coffee full despite my fast consumption. This is a good example of typical Northern Family Restaurant. This day I attended with 20 other guys. Parker’s did a good job.

Home of the«Don’t Bother Fish Fry» Ever since the Ho-Jo’s shut down in Concord some 30 years ago, I have been looking for a all you can eat fish fry! Thought I finally lucked out when I saw this. There was hardly anybody in there at 4:30pm. A man with 4 young daughters, an older couple, and me. I guess I know now why? 1 round, 1 piece of fish that was maybe a third the size of long john’s, and 5 nuggets, inch and a half by the same. 18 to 25 french fries,(didn’t really count them) 1 oz paper cup of tarter sauce, and a small cup of Cole Slaw. Where the heck is the lemon!!! I had no problem with the taste of the food, as it was very good. The older couple next to me, had a bottle of malt vinegar on the table. Wished I had one since I had no lemon. So 1st plate is done, and I’m looking for more! Was asked if I wanted more fish fairly quickly, which kind of impressed me. BUTWASNOTIMPRESSWITHTHERESULTS! I got 4 more of those«nuggets», and no tarter sauce! Started to squeeze some ketchup on, Then the waitress brought me a whole new paper cup of tarter sauce. Gee, you would think they would have a squeeze bottle of it on the table? I looked at the plate again, and there were NOFRIES on it, just the nuggets. this has never happened to me before! got 4 more nuggets, then paid the bill. Will not go back for the fish, but might try the Sunday Brunch?

This is a great little place, tucked away in the middle of nowhere, but well worth the gas money to find it. I have been here for breakfast and lunch, and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. The food is delicious and the servings are generous. Service is friendly and helpful. The roast beef is excellent, and I highly recommend the French dip, totally yummy. Seating is uncomfortable on hard benches and the rest rooms are located in a chilly hallway outside of the restaurant itself, but not too bad. Come for the food and expect a good time and a good meal.

Parker’s Roast Beef is a very popular local restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On the weekends, the place gets very busy. This restaurant is very casual with a very old school hometown restaurant feel. Booth seating, table seating, and a few high chairs at the counter. My coworker and former coworker, who are both locals come here with their families on the weekends for the breakfast which is especially good. Breakfast is served Mon-Sat 7AM-11AM offering egg dishes, omelets, pancakes, French toast, breakfast sandwiches, and sides. Egg Beaters offered for additional charge. On Sundays, an All You Can Eat Breakfast Buffet($ 6.95) is offered 7AM-12PM. For lunch and dinner, they serve roast beef sandwiches on a bulky or wrap with choice of toppings, plus other sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, seafood, lobster rolls, salads, soups, and desserts(homemade pies, shortcake, puddings, ice cream, cheesecake). Prime rib and steak tips served at dinner. Daily specials are offered including shepherd’s pie, meat loaf, mac & cheese, and American chop suey. On Fridays, All You Can Eat Haddock Fry for $ 8.95. Beer and wine available. Be sure to try the Seafood Chowder, which is excellent, a very rich & thick chowder with haddock, scallops, and clams. The American chop suey is a favorite of mine here, which has plenty of ground beef, tomato sauce, and elbow macaroni. The Strawberry Shortcake, with shortcake biscuits, sugar strawberries, and whipped cream, is a very refreshing dessert after having a good meal. The service here is decent and fairly laid back. The staff will chat with the regular customers. HOURS: Mon-Tues: 7AM-2PM; Wed-Sat: 7AM-8PM; Sun: 7AM-12PM
