This office is fabulous. From the person who takes your initial call to the receptionist to marie who did the initial exam and then Dr Yang and the girl who checked me out. Maria has an amazing amount of patience. We all know how hard it is to say which lense is better at an exam. She explained everything and put me at ease.
Dr Yang is a soft spoken gentleman. But behind that is an extremely knowledgable physician. He explains everything in an easy to understand manner.
One feels as if you are their only patient

Haughty and rude! Gave me a cursory exam – he wasn’t even in the room for 2 minutes – after making me wait for over 40 minutes. I actually had to go out and find a staff member to find where he was. When he finally came in to the examining room, he didn’t introduce himself or acknowledge the undue wait. However, the real issue is the quality of care that patients, like me, receive when the doctor’s exam is so attenuated. Remember, not all doctors who practice at Northwestern are good doctors.

Great location, nice staff it took about 40 minutes for the entire eye exam. Doctor Yang was great. He went through the trouble of finding the NY state eye exam so that i could renew my drivers lisence. While this took a little more time it was very nice of him and his staff to help.
