Workshop Chicago

Outstanding facility, we are a small bartending vendor that have worked several venues but nothing beat the service we received from Colleen and Kate. We were hired to bartend a wedding reception and their willingness to work together with us made this event a complete success. Other venues can take a lesson from Colleen, Kate and the Chicago Workshop. This is type of service all venues should give third party vendors. We hope to be able to work with them in the future.

Had a dinner reception at the Workshop early today, and the facilities were great! The exposed wood rafters, original brick walls, and the overall industrial look was very welcoming, and created a cozy atmosphere for our group to interact. The room was very clean, and appears to be able to setup for a variety of different events. Our gathering we left it very open with only stand-​up tables. This made it great for networking, and no one was confined to a seat. If I am looking to have a gathering in Chicago this would definitely be at the top of the list when making the decision. Could not have had a better experience!

Great place to think, collaborate, and change the world! Has an open space and kitchen area for meetings and parties!

Spent some significant time working here throughout the summer of 2014. Always felt welcomed by other co-​working members and Ben (the owner). Great working environment with fast internet and delicious coffee. I would definitely recommend Workshop to any of my friends looking for a space to co-​work.

Love working at Workshop! I live close to downtown and over the past number of years have been commuting to both my company’s office on the far northwest side of Chicago and to clients’ offices. To reduce my commuting, my company decided to have me work from Workshop a few times a week and it has been a brilliant solution! Workshop is a fantastic space — gorgeous loft with skyline views, free parking, near the Blue Line & buses, kitchen, wifi, etc. It has also been a great networking resource. Each day I meet new people who either have similar interests as me, or have a skill/​business I may be able to utilize in my line of work.
I’ve also attended an evening event at Workshop. Hip atmosphere with the loft-​style & 180 degrees of huge windows w/​skyline views.
Highly recommend for both co-​working and events!
