The girl behind the counter with the fake, painted-on eyebrows is the most rude employee I can imagine. She should just quit if she hates her job so much. Hopefully she gets fired.

Well every now and then I feel like having a Wendy’s chicken sandwich and this day I decided to check out this particular Wendy’s because it’s the closest one to my house. When I entered the restaurant it was pretty clean and the smell was very clean and that’s pretty important in my book. The cashier that took my order was pretty nice to me and that said a lot. She took my order with a smile and she was pretty quick and accurate. I realize that I had ordered a soda and didn’t want that anymore so I told her and I asked if she could change it to a lemonade instead. I told her I would pay the difference if any and she told no worries she would take care of it and she did. In all she was very nice and helpful and the Manger as well. I would definitely eat here again and recommend that you do too.

I have been coming to this location for a while now and there is one thing driving me away, CUSTOMERSERVICE. Please if you like being treated like a human being do not go to this location. I brushed off this issue for a while in hopes it would get better. Every different cashier at the drive-thru did not greet me, say hello or even crack a smile. Tonight we ordered the 4 for $ 4 meal. I forgot an extra drink and asked to order one before we drove off. The cashier got an attitude slamming the window after taking my payment and giving me the drink. When we got home nothing was hot, the nuggets weren’t crispy and the fries tasted like they have been sitting out all day. And she failed to put sauce in the bag after asking me what sauce I wanted when placing the order. The food up until this point has been good and that is the only reason I kept going to this location, but after tonight’s meal and the continuous lack of good customer service, I will avoid this establishment at all costs. And you should too!

I’ve been to this Wendy’s multiple times. Every time I go through the drive through the employees at the Window talk down to me in a VERY condescending way. I figured that the girl was just having a bad day so I disregarded it the first time, but it’s happened every single time after that. The food is great there and it’s really nice and clean inside but the costumer service is horrible.

It was better before they renewed it. The place is always dirty and just gives the wrong impression. Wendy’s administration needs to do something about the cleaning in this place. My family and I have been coming to this Wendy’s since before the renovation but we may have to think about a different place after this.

It is your typical Wendy’s. But I must say appearance wise this is a very nice looking one. Received my order quickly, the food was fresh and well made. None of that sloppy assembly here! A+ on the fast food, and service front. I plan on going back to try out some of their summer teas they have.

Wow… new building, old issues. Poorly run, waited 20 minutes for grilled chicken. Third time I’ve had this issue in last 6 months. Sadly it’s the only thing I like on their menu. I shouldn’t eat here, and they keep reminding me of that. Oh well…

OMG, it doesn’t matter how you facelift a place. If it’s «GHETTO», it’s «GHETTO». What i mean by that is that they cannot even properly reply when I asked them why the REGULARCOFFEE is .99 and LARGE is 1.29, YETIT’s the SAMESIZECUP!!! Absoloutely no difference!!! THis is robbing people and lying to us. How many«LARGE» do they sell for more money a day and NOTCHARGE us the .99!!! And they all know that there is clearly only one size. SOWHY show the customer that there are TWO??? When i questioned this and asked for my refund of the difference the little hispanic manager only knows ONEREPLY and it is «No Problem». I could teach a bird that same reply in one day. Plus you have to wait forever just to order. Employees stand around looking lost. Some frustrating. They should have left it looking like a jallopy. At least it would match the inside.

They are AOK. The food is exactly what you expect from Wendy’s. It is my fav fast food option. Staff is nice enough. Quick service even during the lunch rush. The location looks a lot nicer after the renovation.

Closed early, I think the point of having a late nite drive through is staying open for people to be able to come before you close, why have hours if you don’t wanna be there? save me some gas, I’ll go somewhere else.

Nice update to dining area. Seating isn’t much better with a few booths and new tables. Great for Seniors(they get a free small drink).Last visit provided hot sandwiches and crisp Apple Pecan salad with hot chicken. The new Coke 200 flavor machine is the«New Normal».

This is my go-to Wendy’s. I was so lost when you closed for renovations… But, luckily, you’re back with a face-lift! :) They’re usually nice here, though sometimes they can be a little dismissive since they can get busy. Either way, I’m just happy to have one near my home. Frosty’s are my favorite!

They won’t serve you through the drive thru if you’re walking. They will not take your order and if you walk up to the glass, they will ignore you. If you tap on the glass, they will ignore you. I made eye contact with them. They will ignore you. Why didn’t I drive? Because my car is stuck in one of the worst Chicago winters and it’s walking distance four blocks away. It don’t matter. THEYDONOTCAREABOUTYOU. THEYWILLIGNOREYOU.

Wendy’s is a great fast food restaurant but this one makes it look extremely bad. Dirty, unwelcoming, food not so good, and employes are slow and just don’t care. I would rather drive 10 miles to the next Wendy’s to enjoy it the way it is supposed to be… I will not go again and not worth the money I would rather not eat at all…

Ravenswood Wendy’s: BOO! I’ve been here a couple of times and the experience was less than exciting, but hey; it’s fast food. But today, I left the drive-thru angry. The chick who took my order mumbled the whole time when she actually responded to me. She also prematurely asked«does that complete your order?» when I clearly was not finished speaking. I then pulled up to the window and the same lady yelled, «FIVETWENTY-THREE.» She closed the window until her arm could barely fit through to pass me my items. She didn’t even look at me after she took my money. I told her to have a nice day, even though I really meant«Have a crappy day.» Look, I get working in fast food and I get being a disgruntled employee, but one shouldn’t have to try so hard to get fired… just saying.

–Forgot 3 of my items — Fry container was ½ full –Fries were cold along with the chicken nuggets — When I went back inside to ask for the forgotten items the person at the counter was incredibly rude The list goes on, and I have to say that I only have myself to blame for going back to this location. I had been here before and knew that it was a bad location but it is so much closer to my house than the other«good» one(on Ashland and Fullerton). So If you are thinking about what one to go to, it is worth the drive to go to a different one. It has been this bad for the past 2 years and it will never get better!

AVOIDATALLCOSTS Entered on Sunday around 4:00 with 1 person in line. Stepped up to order and by the time we got our correct order there was a line to the door and 45 minutes of my life wasted. Four cheeseburgers and one baked potato took 25 minutes… to correct the order which should have been three baked potatoes took another 15 min. At one point there was no one running the register or even remotely in the order area. Well except for the the manager and the cashier checking out in the prep area which, one caused a cluster F*** in that small area, two is not sanitary and three it is not safe. Any crazed lunatic could have hopped the counter and robbed the place. Dave Thomas would be sadly disappointed!!!

What is happening?! This Wendy’s used to be somewhat decent, but now it’s pretty bad. The boyfriend and I went here to get some burgers at 6:30pm on a Thursday night. We pull up to the drive-thru and the employee says through the screen ‘drive-thru closed’. What!!! It’s dinner-time and it was closed? How is that possible? I was not about to go inside so instead we took our business elsewhere(McDonalds…sigh). That was Strike One. My boyfriend decides to try the drive-thru again and low-and-behold, it’s actually open this time! But they were out of Dr. Pepper. Seriously?! Strike Two. One final chance to make it right. Drive-thru is open, Dr. Pepper is available and order is placed. Whoohoo! Well, not so fast. We get home and they gave my boyfriend the wrong burger. My order was correct, but not his. Strike Three… You’re OUT! Sorry Wendy’s, but you lost our business. Which is sad b/c you make a mean Frosty.

Nothing wrong with this one, food-wise, but major disappointments with this one: 1) The breakfast items are NOT served at this location. 2) Drive-thru closes early at this one.(1am-ish, maybe 2am on weekends?) I have nothing against going to this one in a pinch, but honestly I prefer the Touhy Ave. location near Lowe’s and Lincolnwood Town Center, and the Addison/Western location so much more, as both of them serve breakfast and have later drive-thru hours. Pretty sure Ashland/Fullerton/Clybourn has breakfast, and has a drive-thru that’s open all the way to 3am(least it was everyday a year ago). Also, be VERYCAREFUL pulling out of their parking lot, since parked cars commonly block the sight of oncoming traffic. I almost got hit by a car after pulling out once because of that factor, and it’s weird there isn’t a side parking lot entrance/exit onto Seeley that’d help with traffic flow. In the future, I’m gonna stick to not driving to this location.

Rolled in around 9 p.m. on a Thursday. Wendy’s is usually pretty good, so my hopes were high. I ordered the spicy boneless wings. They were decent. The fries were okay, but I’ve had better at other Wendy’s. The problem arose shortly thereafter as I belched every five minutes for the next 10 hours or so. No joke. What the hell was in those spicy boneless wings and what have they done to my stomach? Fast food in a city this size is a different level of unfortunate.
