I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This has to be the worst fast food place I have ever gone to. I had to wait over 20 minutes to take my order through the drive through and there was only 3 customers inside the building. The his has happen a few times. I have seen the workers talking on their cell phones while people waiting. They need to fire everyone at that place.

Never coming back here again, I’d rather drive the extra distance to go to the Wendy’s on Harlem. The cashier had a horrible attitude and my baked potato looked like it had been pounded on by someone’s fists.

Included is a comment I actually sent the restuarant Let me start off by saying I have NEVER been so upset with an expirence at a fast food chain that I actually went out of my way to contact the company directly. At 8:44 I went through the drive thru to place my order. I was told that they did not have any grilled chicken available and it would take 7 minutes, which was fine! I was then asked to forward, completely understand. However 20 minutes later I went inside to check the status of my order. The lady working the counter asked another employee about the waiting drive thru order. the cook responded that there was no waiting drive thru order. I presented my reciept from when I paid for it. By the time this was all sorted out I was approaching 30 minutes. After they looked it over I was told I would need to wait another 3 minutes for my food. Fumming I sat down to wait. The lady at the counter informed one of the employees that the drive thru customer(me) was waiting inside the lobby. at the 32 minute marker which was 9:16PM a gentleman came out with my food despite someone telling him where I was and left the building with it. I then had to CHASE him down just to get my food. During all of this I never once recieved one apology. The man that I chased down gave me an excuse though. Not an apology however. Said that your restuarant didnt have anyone working in the back and that was why it took so long. Which I find hard to believe because just from being at the counter I counted 4 that I could see. This is a horrible expirence the customer service was non existant and had complete disreguard for me the customer. I was out half an hour of time mislead to believe it would just 7 minutes and didnt even get an apology. I understand that quality of service and food can sometimes be lost with«Fast Food» However after half an hour of waiting its no longer«Fast Food». It wasnt even like I had a large order, it was 1 burger, 1 chicken sandwhich, and one fry.

The closes Wendy’s near me. Situated in Ford City Mall. The place is always clean and people there are attentive(most of the time). I’ve also never had a problem with my food and the place is always busy. The only bad thing is that they get a lot of traffic so you might have to wait a while to get your food especially if you go inside, as they try to service the drive thru first.
