Poorly managed restaurant and usually understaffed. I have been here plenty of times but this one recent time was terrible. Here is a list of bad factors from this one visit alone. 1. Cashier was uninformed about prices & menu items 2. The prices for the menu are slightly more expensive 3. The frosty machine was broken after I purchased a frosty 4. Cashier was cooking and taking orders 5. Every table had food residue and weren’t clean 6. The Manager had the customers in the drive-thru pull up to the front door to receive their orders There are two other Wendy’s Restaurants within one mile of this one so try those and see the difference. But seriously I went to this place before going home around 10:30pm one day and I went through the drive-thru to place my order. I pull up to the speaker and ask for a salad and the woman replies, «we don’t have any salads» and that was it. It was an awkward silence and she seemed angry that I was hungry. It was like a Jedi Mind Trick because I thought that I should be angry that I was hungry but somehow she convinced me that I was the idiot and I left.

The menu prices are much higher than all the other Wendy’s restaurants. It would make more sense if this restaurant was located downtown. In addition, they do not even have a value menu and the salads are terrible.

I just attempted to purchase a hamburger and small drink. They attempted to charge over $ 6 say the burger– plain was 4.29. Insane!

Seriously? The inside of this place was empty. So I have the slightest idea why it took them so long to prepare our food! Then she got the order mixed all up! Adding fries when no one asked, giving small combos when I asked for mediums. Never again

Severely understaffed. Expect to wait awhile even if there isn’t a line. Also, you’ll be lucky to get your order right.
