Walgreens

Horrible customer service! When I first moved to the area 18 years ago this Walgreens was super ghetto, I would avoid shopping here at all costs. Fast forward a few years and the store is upgraded. I had high hopes that this would make for a overall better shopping experience. Unfortunately this was not the case. I literally will shop anywhere other than this Walgreens unless I am in dire need. My husband stopped in to pick up some Tylenol for me. We live a few blocks from the store so this should have been a quick trip one would think. NOT SO! Apparently a manager has to unlock the Tylenol. STRIKE ONE. My husband grabs 2 bottles and continues to shop. While shopping security starts following him through the store. The security harass my husband and accuses him of trying to steal!!! I will contact corporate and file a complaint. This is ridiculous. If they can’t serve the neighborhood then just shut it down. We don’t need or want the frustration. I promise I will not shop here again, no matter how dire the need is.

It’s an OK store… The store is clean and organized, but there needs to be more than one check out person at lunch time. The line was over eight people long.
