This place is big and has a lot of variety; however, it doesn’t have dressing rooms and their prices are high. They do have 50 off days, but those are few and far between compared to thrift competitors in the area. Street parking only. Their nice stuff is behind counters. The staff overall is nice. I don’t know if they have bathrooms.

This store is easily the largest thrift store I have ever been to. A whopping two stories with men’s clothing on top, and everything else on the ground floor. The men’s section was extremely overwhelming. It was huge, and there were so many sweaters, jackets, pants, t shirts, and more. The prices here are also unbelievably affordable especially since everything was ½ off when we went. My only complaint is that it’s pretty unorganized in a lot of areas because the store is too big. But I don’t blame the workers, I blame the customers for making the store such a mess. Awesome resale shop, hit this place up you’ll never know what you’re gonna find.

I was in a search for a winter coat for my aunt. There was a large number of choices making it unnecessary to go to my next option: the Family Discount store down the street. There were tons of pretty winter scarfs to accessorize and lots of sweater choices for women. Maybe because of the season, but there were few choices of regular women’s blouses and pants. The prices were reasonable and the organization of the store was good.

This store is huge. If you have the time to really search and dig, you can find many hidden gems. I know people have said that this store smells dirty, but it is a thrift store and may not smell fresh. Also, if you go on a weekend, it is packed. Overall, I love this store and have found many great items.

Village discount is a hidden gem for used treasures. One that I really don’t want to tell you about. Why? Because you’ll go there, and my selection won’t be as grand. Well, I’ll risk telling you. Enjoy!

Always dirty, usually smelly, always understaffed by traditionally rude staff. Prefer going to the two other thrift stores in the area.

Why the hate? It’s dirty, but most thrift stores are. Everything here is dirt cheap and I’ve found many great things here including purses, shoes, picture frames, mugs and vacuum cleaners. My only complaint is that it is a bit picked over.

This store is HUGE but it’s still as depressing as all the other ones are and sells used underwear. Yuck.

Dirty, cheap and BIG. You’ll find an adding machine next to a Polly Pocket doll next to a McCoy vase. But the McCoy vase is only $ 1.80. One of the better stores in the Village Discount chain, but I’d still take any Unique Thrift over this store any day.
