Victor’s Pizza

Good pizza, horrible service. Tonight I placed an order for a delivery and had a $ 3 credit from the last pizza they screwed up. It’s been an hour and 20 minutes and my pizza hadn’t been delivered yet. Called to cancel, the phoneworker (didn’t get her name but she always answers the phone) was very short and not apologetic whatsoever, and the manager is never available to speak with. Never ordering from them again. Absolutely terrible.

Ordered through GrubHub for an after-​school group. They delivered on-​time, reasonably-​priced yummy pizza! The students loved, so we will definitely be ordering again!

The pizza is okay but the lasagna is better! I will stop in every now and than for a slice. The hot wings are good.

Was a loyal customer for late night eats, then when I called to ask for delivery all I got was a rude worker who answered the phone by saying «closed». What??? Terrible service. Apparently even though they are open until 11, her manager said they cannot take our order. We have eaten from here for a very long time, order at this time, and usually enjoy the pizza. But this was the last straw for me. Never again!!!

This is the 3^rd order my office has placed. And every time, the food has been exceptional! The portions are very large. Food is always super hot and fresh. Delivery is amazingly fast. I highly recommend Victor’s. And will continue to order from them. Honestly, I would rate them much higher than 5 stars if I could.

4 stars you say, are you bat shit crazy my good man (I often say that). 4 stars for a pizza place, have you gone over the edge???
NO I am not huffing paint in the basement, or hopped up on goof balls.
I give it 4 stars because they are guided 4 stars, let’s say that they are B list stars, not Cruse, or Hanks, maybe Hoffman or Riley.
In the area of Oak Park we are known for our bad Pizza, it may be the worst place in America to get pizza, especially delivered.
There are some good pizza joints, but the best two will not put it in a car and bring it to you. I respect that, and when I want a really good pie, I get my narrow ass in the family truckster make my way to them.
Sometimes the sloth takes over, and my food snob ways take a vacation, and I want somebody to get their narrow ass in a beat up vehicle and bring me some grub.
Normally that comes in the form of a dough covered in sauce, and other accoutrement, baked and slung at me in cardboard.

I used to eat this pizza long ago as a kid on many friday or saturday nights. Pizza was decent, but not sure if its still good like it was since i was a child.
