This shop has loads of potential. I actually spent a couple hours here just checking out their goodies while my mod charged I dealt with Tim who is one of the managers. He was pretty knowledgeable yet quick to ask me questions when I knew things he didn’t. These guys want to be the best and are moving in that direction. HOWEVER… if this shop (and many others in the Chicago area) want to move forward they need to start focusing on two things. 1. Juice. This shops in house juice while pretty cheap is BAD! Tried a green apple and a mixed berry and both were unvapeable. Also got a couple premium juices which were really good but pricey and apparently only available at this shop. (Not even online). 2. Rda’s. Dripping is becoming very popular even with new guys (and girls) and most shops only have a few Rda’s and want twice what they are worth. Pick a few good Rda’s and stock the authentics then fill a shelf with clones. Get guys trying new things. Wow this is a long review lol. Overall a good shop that could be great. P. S. get rid of the «glassware»

First — the good.
Nice selection, nice guys. It’s nice to see a shop that has a good selection as some shops seem to only want to sell juice, as that is where the money is.
Now, the bad.
Over priced. I got charged 40 bucks for batteries that should be at the most 15 bucks. I was charged 40 bucks for a cheap mechanical mod clone that should have been 20 bucks. I was charged 46 bucks for an 18 dollar charger.
I knew I would pay a little more for the convenience of walking into a shop a few blocks from my home, but I didn’t do any research and I assumed they were charging a fair price. I was wrong. I won’t be back.

This is why the vape industry is in trouble. Because of people selling fakes for 5x mark up. I saw a clone hammer mod for $ 350. Its on ebay for $ 35. Thats crazy! They way this store takes advantage of people who dont know any better is sad. Befor you buy look the item online please! Im all about supporting local, however this is crazy. Id pay an extra 10 or 20 dollars so I dont have to wait for shipping but $ 300. Please.

Vapenzone has an amazing selection to choose from for mods, rebuildables, all types of e pens, all of the best tanks on the market, and too many e-​juices to count! The workers there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Oh, and the lounge… the lounge is AWESOME! Definitely worth checking.
