My husband and I used Urban East Realty to purchase our condo in Chicago. Javier (managing broker) was absolutely wonderful through the entire process. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the buildings in the area we were looking. He showed us everything we wanted to see immediately upon request and was courteous and professional in all our dealings. He has been in the industry a long time and has access to so much information that he was also able to help us secure an attorney and a mortgage lender, both who were of invaluable service to us. Our transaction (being a short sale) was very difficult and took a long time to finish and we never could have done it without Javier’s expertise. He was in it with us every step of the way and it all worked out seamlessly. We are so happy with our purchase and grateful that we used such a personable, experienced and smart realtor! His high standards for excellence also show up in his business with who he hires, as we also use Urban East to list and lease our rental property yearly, and Paulina, a broker in his office who has helped to handle our listing, also does an excellent job. She is kind, very warm and friendly and so easy to work with. My unit always rents quickly when she shows it — obviously because she does such a wonderful job with the clients who come to look at it. A very professional organization throughout — I wouldn’t dream of ever using any other real estate firm! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
