Unlimited Wire Exchange

I took my Galaxy S4 into this store to repair my charging port on 8÷1÷14. I was told that it would be ready the next day, when I called they told me that the technician didn’t have my phone fixed. It is Saturday now I have to wait till Monday 8÷4÷14. I called the store Monday it wasn’t there at this point I just want my phone so that I could never deal with them again. I called on the 5^th and the phone was ready. Once I got to the store I checked my charging port and it was working. I took my phone home to activate at when I noticed the menu nor back button worked. I immediately called the store and told them the problem, 40 mins later they called back stating that the tech said they didn’t anything wrong. I said my phone was working when I gave it to them so they did. They told me if I wanted it fixed it would have to pay for repairs. At this point I loss it I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. We went back and forward with words, finally I told him that I was going to notify the BBB because this isn’t right. They told me «Do what you gotta do.» So I am and this is only the beginning, this could have been rectified easily but they made a mountain out of a molehill! Please don’t patronize this business they aren’t honorable!!!
