The doctors here are great! Waiting for my appointment was horrible.
I was told it was very important for me to arrive on time. I arrived a few minutes early and proceeded to wait 1.5 hours to be seen by anyone. I found this extremely frustrating. The waiting room was very cold and the other people waiting were irritating — one guy was snoring loudly, another guy alternated between loud coughing and disgusting throat clearing noises, and a mother was yelling at her son to do his homework (this same mother turned on the TV the moment she entered the waiting room and did not turn it off even after she saw it was mostly static combined with a high pitched noise).
I really wish doctor’s offices would take the time to call patients if they are running late. I have neither the time or patience to sit in a cold waiting room for 1.5 hours.

I got my vision checked here since I work at UIC. I was thoroughly impressed. The lady told me about a research study they were conducting and asked if I would participate in it. I did and they gave me a new pair of prescription glasses.
Definitely recommended.
