I hired Colin to tear down the wall and entrance to a long, reach-​in closet and rebuild the wall with a different door configuration. Before the job started, Colin assessed the project, explained exactly what it would entail in terms of time, materials and labor, provided a detailed quote and came by in person to explain the breakout of costs, and explained who of his crew would be working on which aspects of the project so there was no feeling of «bait and switch.» When the job started, he and his colleague were prompt, professional and completed the job on schedule. My job was relatively small in comparison to other construction projects, but Colin struck me as a professional who would not take on more than he could accomplish. I would therefore recommend Ulrich & Associates to others, regardless of project size and scope.
