I had a positive experience with True Spin early last year but, as of the last month or so, no returned phone calls (left 3 over 3 weeks), failed pick up appointment for a handpiece repair, and Eric was incredibly unprofessional when I wanted to discuss my experience with him directly. (New business owners often want input to improve or things that are being done that are appreciated)
He mentioned he is very busy and I was not a priority since he dropped by my office a couple times and I was not in. («I can swing by next week or so» does not constitute an appointment Eric)
Found another company in Joliet who has all parts in stock for my electric handpiece and they even offered to pick up on MY time, not theirs. Huh! Lost what could have been a long-​term customer as well as business from my colleagues whom I referred to you which I will promptly retract.
Fastest way to lose customers is lack of professionalism and rudeness.

Great experience with True Spin, I had a leaky Kavo Electric highspeed handpiece that another repair company wanted to charge over $ 500 — true spin fixed it for less than $ 50 the same day! They have a loyal customer for life!
