Awesome CHEAP costume jewelry.
I think they have a $ 10 minimum purchase which basically means you have to buy about 3 things… hell yeah!
It’s not the best quality but it’s no different from all the other cheap places to get jewels… except…it’s cheaper!

Top Plus does not offer refunds or exchanges. I tried to exchange a purse hanger that had a piece broken off, but wasn’t able to. But, whatever, it was just 5 bucks anyway… big deal!

Good jewelry (that I often find marked up in «boutiques») for cheapy cheapness. Don’t expect much for customer service and bring cash.

Cashier told me he would not complete my transaction without seeing my photo I.D. even though the back of my credit card is signed. I explained to him because the back of my card is signed I am not required to show him my I.D. he told me in a nasty way to either show him my I.D. or I could not purchase what was trying to purchase. I decided not to argue with him but to just report him to Visa and Mastercard for abusing their merchant rules. They also have a sign that says minimum of $ 20 required to use credit card which I know is not legit either.
Also I noticed when I walked in there were 2 minority women saying they think we don’t have money to buy stuff but we do we don’t need to steal. I felt like I was somewhere back in LA in a beauty supply store owned my a non-​minority in a minority neighborhood.
