My watch battery went dead, so I had it replaced here while I was out shopping. The service was fast and efficient (5 minutes or so). I also asked to have the watch checked for damage at no cost (2 minutes or so). The battery cost $ 8 and has a year guarantee. After five days, the battery is still ticking. So I guess I’m good to go.
