This review is partial because I only go to Three Muskies annual fish fry(which was rumored to end last year) to meet up with old friends for a reunion. The owner has a special secret batter, he fries with – not to mention he catches his own fish, or accepts the generous contributions from his fishermen friends. As the batches of battered fish come to the table, you don’t really know what type of fish you are getting, but its all good. Sometimes the wait for the fish is long between batches, but read more«there is a nice spread that Three Muskies puts out(e.g. a special coleslaw also made by the owner) along with other potluck-type items regulars contribute for the unofficial reunion. Three Muskies is a humble establishment, friendly atmosphere. Even R’s elementary-aged grand kids stop in for a few minutes. No frills. No snots, just down to earth, humble but classy, hardworking, mostly blue-collar clientele :) The only negative is they lack enough chairs and tables for the annual fish fry crowd, but no one seems to mind. Cheers to your annual fish fry«R & T» :)
