The Plum Tree Group

We hired the Plumtree group to help us redesign our website and move to in February of 2014 and got the project started in April of 2014. We FINALLY launched the site in February of 2015. We designed each page in photoshop and the designs were submitted in September. September-​February were the worst months of my life as every page of the site needed a complete audit. They lack UX skills, site architecture/​SEO skills, attention to detail and general follow-​through. All development is done overseas. Every task required several emails checking-​in before it got done. There was a six-​week period where absolutely no work got done on our site.
Since launching, we’ve only gotten two follow-​up emails. They do not care about your site or project, they only care that you pay up. We’ve had to spend almost 3,000 dollars with an other firm to fix the terrible job Plumtree did with our site architecture that had our site’s search engine traffic drop by 40% after launch.
I’m sure that the people who work at Plumtree are not all terrible, but it is not worth your time, money or effort to contract with them.
