I hired Brad back in 2008 after meeting with him at his office. Not only did he listen to my story with real interest, but he also mapped out his plan of attack right there and then, and told me how my case made his blood boil. I had met with other lawyers before choosing Brad, but the other lawyers would tell me how much money they needed for a retainer fee before even listening to my case. Brad was the complete opposite. Not only did I get a passionate lawyer, but he was not out to nickel and dime me.
When we finally went to court after mediation failed, he went nuclear on my EX. He was sooooo good that after only 2 court appearances, she (my ex) didn’t even bother to show up. I was granted full custody and she lost her visitation rights. After everything was said and done, Brad actually saved me money and i was issued and refund of the remaining balance of my retainer fee. Best choice i ever made.

So I called, and the receptionist didn’t even know if they were taking new cases. I feel like you should know these things, so it seems fair to say that this is indicative of the service I am going to get. I’ll go with the firm that KNOWS if they are in business or not.
