Dr Williams is very sweet and helpful, however her staff is horrific. I had a bladder infection, with blood in my urine but was leaving town and couldn’t come in. I’ve had bladder infections and know when I have one, her staff was so rude and unhelpful, and wouldn’t even let me speak to the nurse practitioner. I will NEVER come to this office again. Unless Dr. Williams gets rid of her receptionists, I will be finding another gynecologist.
