I really want to love this – the meat is solid and I love the convenience of delivery and online ordering. But for the last four times I’ve had deliveries, the company has not delivered during my requested time. Usually they call a few hours before the delivery window and tell you that they are coming the next day, instead, which is really inconvenient if you planned to be home that day to receive the delivery. I had a delivery scheduled for yesterday, got the call that they were coming today from 3−6p, and got a call at 11:30 am, saying that they were coming in the next hour or two, before the delivery window! Unless you are at home CONSTANTLY, this is crazy! I called customer service and they cut me off when I told them the situation. I am giving one more chance here, but the next time they mess up, it’s over. Too bad they can’t get the delivery process right – convenience is the whole point!

First timer & got burned For 3.65lb of chicken ordered, actual quantity received was 1.87lb, For 10lb of goat, actual quantity received was 8lb. On talking to their customer service, I was told«may be the bird(chicken) which I got was too small» & the goat should have been atleast 9lb. I should have received approximate quantity irrespective of bird being small or big. Failed my expectation, going back to B&M stores.

A year later, and I must say that they have greatly improved on customer service! They do make mistakes here and there but I order from them often enough that it’s expected and they always do what they can to correct it. They even make follow up calls the day after delivery to see if everything was ok with the order so you don’t have to worry about maybe forgetting to call about a mix up. I definitely respect a company who works at improving!

I had placed an order with taaza2u for my daughter’s graduation party for 20 people and was expecting the delivery the night before for a BBQ on Thursday. The day before the scheduled delivery on Wednesday I received a call from a woman saying they can’t deliver and did not even apologize. I asked to speak to a manager but she said she is the customer service. I then received a call from a man who was apologizing and he would send me a free sampler(which of course I never received). I was extremely disappointed because I was informed last minute and had to prepare the night before my daughter’s graduation for a lunch of 20 people without any prior notice. I found their customer service to be completely unprofessional. Would not recommend them due to them being unapologetic and unreliable.
