This store is extremely unprofessional and they will tell you different things each time and you will have to call customer rep and run between stores if you sign the contract with them. They will trick you to sign it with them first then try to tell you to call 611 to fix your problems later. And the store rep even prefill the survey for you by checking everything 5 stars and ask you to sign…

T-​Mobile is extremely un professional and try to turn the highest profit by any means necessary. They want customers to be duped into buying their plans and will even lie. They made a promise of a discount and then once I act on the promise, they made something up to say its no longer available not caring about my time or inconvenience. Bait and switch is the name of the game here.
I am not only suggesting caution, but telling you to completely stay away from them!

Employees will trick you so READ the contract and fully do the math before signing anything cause your monthly statement might say something else. Manager was horrible with bad customer service skills.

I would not recommend this place. There are such unprofessional sales people. They do not have a technical experience. A sales person Al tries to sell you something from this store instead of giving you some advice. Be careful.

Don’t expect experts assistance here, they’re just sales people that will try to rip you off at every step, so be careful!
My experience here is that I came in to get a family plan. I already had the plan that I wanted checked out, so I didn’t really need much assistance. However, I was in the store for more than an hour suffering of the following:
— I was charged for an extra $ 45 that I wasn’t informed of. By the time I had to pay for it, the new plan was already activated and therefore I did not have signal on my phone. I felt like I was extorted.
— I was told all the classic salesman lies, such as «this is an exclusive offer that expires tomorrow» or «the cheap plan is very bad, you should only consider the most expensive one».
— I was signed up for more services than I asked for, resulting in an extra $ 20 a month.
— The clerk took my phone and locked himself in a room to get the IBAN for about 5 minutes. Very unprofessional.
— I asked to see the manager which of course wasn’t there. The clerk promised to talk to his manager and call me back, which of course he hasn’t done. I’ll be back and will report whatever the manager tells me.
All in all, an extremely unpleasant experience. I came in trying to save some money on my phone plan and ended up wasting time and money. Try to avoid this place: either find a better branch or operate online.
