Sutherland Apartments

So, I would like to say, that the neighbor was evicted eventually. MAC Management did follow up immediately after my post. The building is beautiful, and the staff is extremely helpful, especially Paris. I did decide to move to another MAC property. When I moved out Paris lent me a cart, and gave me a courtesy parking spot, which my made my move a lot more smoother. Paris and Julissa were also very accommodating and kind when I had a hiccup with my movers. My movers were not able to make my scheduled time to use the freight elevator. I was upset and crying (it had been a rough day) and Julissa (she works at the front desk) took the time to comfort me, and offered me something to drink. Paris and Julissa took the time to ask some other tenants who were moving out the same day as I was, if they could adjust their times. Paris even called me to see if everything went okay with my move out. Paris has always gone above and beyond. He is genuinely a nice guy :-) The Sutherland was a better place to live at, because of him :-)

Very pleased with The Sutherland apartments. I enjoy the modern look and atmosphere along with the professionalism of the staff. The nice pictures and description actually match the units.

Don’t move here!!! These two stars are for staff only. If you like thin walls and the loss of sleep, then this is the place for you. Just move in because its pretty. However, I had to call the police on my neighbors several times because of the noise level. I have also noticed a high turn over within a year alone for this rental residence. Several are because of the noise problems. If you’re not being priced out to live here, than the noise alone will be the problem. The building is nice, and the staff is great. But, there are a lot of young people who are moving in who would definitely make me think twice about living here.
