Eunice and her cupcake truck were amazing! With short notice, she was able to provide us with her truck and 100 cupcakes for our company event today! They were a hit– especially the Strawberry Cheesecake!
I would definitely use her for events in the future and explore more than just her cupcakes!

I noticed this van parked outside my work on Fridays several weeks ago, but just got curious enough to wander over and check it out last week, as I was kind of jaded on food-​truck sweets that had their appeal in charging too much (IMHO) for mobility and lacked real taste and quality. But this is not the case at all for SugarPie… WHAT WAS I WAITING FOR?! These cupcakes are the BOMB​.COM, and I don’t even like that phrase. I got a deal for 4 cupcakes for $ 11.50 (normally $ 3.25 each), and tried all different ones.
I got: Lemon raspberry — I assume this was fantastically delicious as my family scarfed this down as soon as I got in the door, leaving me not even a crumb to taste.
Strawberry Cheesecake — yum yum yum, cream cheese frosting, and strawberry filling. Absolutely recommend.
Hummingbird — this was like a coconut/​pineapple/​tropical flavor, very good, very moist.
Chocolate peanut butter cup — moist, almost brownie-​like cupcake with peanut butter frosting and topped with a mini peanut-​butter cup. If it had been filled with peanut butter in the middle too I might have liked it a smidgeon more, but that also may have been peanut butter overkill, so I’ll trust the SugarPie lady that it’s better this way.
Unfortunately for my wallet and waistline, she is parked across the street again today, and I’ve already purchased a Lemon Lover’s cupcake and a new fall Pumpkin Ginger cupcake. My loyalty card is almost ready for a free cupcake (another awesome perk, get 8 $ 3 punches and get a free cupcake!), and I’m 99.9% sure unless something went terribly wrong that these two will also be scrumptious.
Plus, the baker is quite friendly and pleasant both times I’ve dealt with her.
If you see the SugarPie van, this one is well worth it!

Still one of the best places in the city to get any desserts! I have had them cater for birthday parties, holiday parties, and for work, and I get delicious treats everytime! LOVE HER!!!

I wish this had a permanent location and not a food truck because I would be there every day. Wait… maybe it’s a good thing that I have to make the effort to check the Facebook page to see where Sugarpie will be…
Parked by my school yesterday and I indulged in a chocolate cupcake with coconut frosting — it was heavenly!

Sugarpie Bakery Truck’s goodies are delicious, but what I really appreciate is that she makes special trips to my office, which although is not good for my expanding waistline, makes my tastebuds happy since I am not able to go out to meet any other food trucks who happen to be in the neighborhood due to my crazy workload!
Very nice selection of sweets including cupcakes, cookies, bundt cake slices, and even brownies!

Bought a bananas Foster cupcake when the truck was near AON building recently. The cake was moist and very flavorful, very generously banana. The frosting was heavenly. The woman selling the cupcakes was very friendly. I wish the cupcake was a little bigger but it was wonderful. I hope to catch up with them again soon!

I love to bake but often don’t have the time. Stopped at the Forest Park Farmers’s Market today and saw the Sugarpie truck. We had absolutely outstanding cupcakes for dessert. Rave reviews from all at dinner. Both the chocolate and vanilla cupcakes were outstanding. Will be back!

Purchased the bananas foster cupcake (from the truck) today.WTH. So tasty!!! The caramel butter cream was soooo tasty. cake was moist and riddled with ripe banana flavor. Only draw back is the cupcake seemed smaller than standard size @ 3.35 a pop
