Got a footlong veggie sub and found a piece of hair on the second half. I wish I saw it before I even started eating, but too late now. The lady refunded me my money, but what’s done is done.

Worst subway experience. I’ve never been so rushed through a line in my life. I understand your a fast food place and your busy, but even McDonald’s is more patient with their customers. I was looking at the veggie options and named one thing and before i could say the rest of what i wanted you had pushed my sub down the line. when i mentioned that i had wanted cucumbers and onions also you rudely rolled your eyes and had the veggie kid toss some stuff your way. Then I asked for chipotle mayo on HALF and you squirted a bunch on the ENTIRE sub! Seriously slow the hell down! I understand your busy but you completely messed up my sub I didn’t even want to eat it. So far I have been carrying around my subway gift card with me to school everyday for two months and I refuse to revisit your establishment. Ill go to a different subway where they actually listen and make the sandwich the way you ask for it. What a dissappointing lunch, I would have rather eaten my own hand.

The new girl didn’t need to be chewing gum or that slow.

Worse Subway experience of my life. The people touch the meat and veggies without changing gloves, don’t listen to you when you tell them what NOT to put in your sandwich, and they don’t have separate knives to cut veggie and non veggie sandwiches. I regret going everytime unfortunately.

So it may be weird to be writing a review for Subway but a snowy afternoon looking for wifi(after going to a very crowded Caribou Coffee), this Subway was like a savior wrapped up in $ 5 sub. They had free wifi, the staff was incredibly friendly and nice and accomodating and the music they play is awesome. What’s not to love? Perfect place to spend an afternoon studying.
