This may be the largest Subway I’ve ever been in. I’ve been here several times during lunch and have never waited in line. Not sure if that’s a good sign or not, but whatever. It works if you’re in a hurry. Friendly, fast and cheap.

I’ve been to a lot of Subway’s and this one is probably the worst. Unfortunately for me it’s located in the building I work in so I go here every now and then when I want to switch it up. Why is it bad? Well ordering my sub is always a challenge with them not understanding what I say and me not understanding what they say. Once we finally agree and get the process started, it doesn’t get any better. They always skimp on the toppings and when it’s finally time to check out and get the F out of there, they usually over charge you. Then you have to explain that you got the $ 5 foot long or whatever other deal Subway might have going at the time. They’ll correct themselves, but I wonder how many people throughout the day pay more than they have to. A business that takes advantage of customers gets no respect from me. I always tell myself I won’t be back here, but after a few weeks I tend to crave a sub and since I’m too lazy to walk across the street where another Subway is located, I end up back at this awful Subway.

Nice people. Dude who made our sandwich was new and moved a little slow. He called another co worker over to ring up the order because he didn’t know how. At the last minute I decided to make it a kids meal not knowing that the kids meal came with a 3 inch not a 6, but they gave it to me anyway for the kids price. I thought that was nice. Why punish the customer for ordering something, wanting to change it, and not knowing the sandwich was too large. They get $ 4 stars for that and my daughter was happy. Love the little bag they give with the kids meals and they don’t charge extra for chips instead of apples!

A Subway is a Subway and at the end of the day, not much differentiates one from another besides the helpfulness of the staff and the availability of everything you want. This one scores on both those criteria. Food itself is a personal preference — I like the veggie patty on wheat bread. :) So if you’re lost looking for this place, it’s down the lobby with Citibank and on the right before you hit the hotel passage(right of the japanese sushi place) –
