Worst Sprint store I’ve ever delt with. My fiancé and I went into this store to have her added to my account for a second line because she had previously left Verizon with her 64gig iPhone 6, so we wanted to know if we could use her Verizon iPhone with Sprint service, turns we could not which was already irritating. So the clerk proceeded to tell us we could sell the Verizon iPhone to the store for the same phone«okay let’s do that» I replied, the clerk proceeded to tell me that it was going to cost $ 90! I was like«FORWHAT?! its the same phone!» He then went on to tell me some bullshit on how much the phone is worth. I ended up leaving the store pissed and the clerk not caring about how I felt. The next day I went to the Roscoe Village Sprint Store where right away I was treated like a valued customer. By again trading in our Verizon iPhone This store not only upgraded us to the 64gig iPhone 6 plus but also got us into a case and glass protection, all for only 24 bucks! I couldn’t believe it. They also checked out our monthly bill and noticed I was over paying a bit, so they fixed that for me as well! I don’t what kinda business they are running at the Archer Heights store but they are not to be trusted ATALL. Don’t go there.

Most ignorant people in the world work here. Was told a fabricated story by the«tech» about what we can do regarding a phone and ipad and when it was our turn to talk to the rep, he said none of what she said was true! He even contridicted himself multiple times. The trxhs never seem to know what they are doing. Bought a new charger from this store, with a 1 year warranty, took it back because it was no longer charging and it smells of smoke and gets hot when charging. Tech said it’s normal! Well when the charger sparks I doubt that is normal! Will never do business here besides returning my warrantied charger multiple times!
